Meet the Founder
Kevin McFatridge is an executive leader with more than three decades of experience guiding associations, nonprofit organizations, healthcare organizations, and mission-driven enterprises through growth, organizational change, governance, communications, and public affairs.
Throughout his career, Kevin has partnered with volunteer boards, executive leadership teams, policymakers, healthcare leaders, and community stakeholders to strengthen organizations, navigate complex challenges, and build meaningful collaboration.
His work is grounded in a simple philosophy: organizations succeed when people, purpose, and leadership remain connected.
